Delivery

Orders are dispatched within two working days, normally on Mondays, Wednesdays and  Fridays (excluding Bank Holidays).

Deliveries are made using Royal Mail. First Class is used to post within UK and Airmail is used for outside of UK.

Orders are dispatched from UK, Grimsby.

You will receive confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Your order is sent to the address you provide while completing your order, therefore you are responsible for providing correct and up to date address. In case when wrong address has been provided a replacement order is sent to the correct address only once primary packet is returned to Hijab Fashion Shop by Royal Mail. Buyer will be responsible for additional delivery charge for shipping the order to the correct address.

Please note that these are estimate delivery times only and while most of the orders arrive within stated timescale and even before that, on rare occasions there might be slight delays due to several factors may affect the delivery times such as weather, Royal Mail workers strikes, customs checks etc. Unfortunately Hijab Fashion Shop has no control over this.

Please note that delivery times are shown in working days! Weekends and bank holidays are excluded.

Outside of UK

 The actual time of delivery outside of UK may vary slightly, more often mail is delivered within stated time-scale but sometimes it can take longer due to different factors affecting: weather, bank holidays, customs checks (especially for bigger items) etc. If the item has not arrived within 20 days to Europe destination and 25 days to International destination you need to check with your local delivery office, it is most likely that it is held there and waiting for collection or redelivery if no one was at home to accept the item when delivery was initially attempted. In very unlikely occasion if the parcel was not there you need to contact me for further information.
