Please read carefully prior returning any goods.
It's HFS priority to make you are totally happy and satisfied with your products!
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your items you are welcome to return them for a refund only.
Item/s must be returned within 7 days of receiving in it's original condition and packaging, you will find returns address on the packet you have received your goods in, buyer is responsible for postage cost. I won't be paying for underpaid postage, therefore please make sure enough postage stamps are affixed to the parcel.
Items with sign of wear (perfume smell, stains) wash in unresellable condition are not accepted and will be sent back at additional standard delivery cost.
It is important that you include your order number and name with your return, otherwise I won't be able to identify it.
All items are checked throughly prior dispatch but In unlikely event when an item is faulty please contact me using contact me form. Faulty products may be only exchanged for the same product or returned for refund.
Once the items have been received in satisfactory condition replacement will be sent (for faulty items) within normal dispatch time or refund issued within 3 working days via original payment method only.
Postage fee is not refundable unless there is a fault of HFS and no other items were ordered.
The buyer is responsible for safe goods arrival back, therefore it is advised to use trackable mail or obtaining Certificate of Posting which is given free of charge at any Post Office branch.
Please note that Reduced to Clear items are not refundable or exchangeable due to nature of the goods.
When you sending goods back, it is important that you make a note on the customs form CN22 that the products contained in the packet you are returning back. Failing to do so may result in returning the packet back to you by postal services as I won't pay a custom charge.
