- Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
- Order by 1:00 PM for same day dispatch on eligible services.
- All orders are dispatched from Grimsby, UK.
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been booked with Royal Mail, you will receive an email containing your tracking link. This allows you to track your parcel and, where available, update your delivery preferences.
For UK Special Delivery and international orders, registered customers can also find their tracking information in their account order history.
Delivery Times
The delivery times shown above are estimates only. While the vast majority of orders arrive within the expected timeframe, occasional delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather
- Customs inspections
- Bank holidays
- Technical issues
- Courier or postal service delays
- Other unforeseen circumstances
HIJAB FASHION SHOP cannot be held responsible for delays once your parcel has been handed to the delivery carrier.
Please Check Your Delivery Address Carefully
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.
If you choose PayPal Checkout, please note that PayPal may automatically use your primary PayPal delivery address, which could be different from the address saved in your HIJAB FASHION SHOP account. It is the customer's responsibility to check that the correct delivery address has been selected before completing the purchase.
HIJAB FASHION SHOP cannot accept responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Refunds cannot be issued in these circumstances.
Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete address
- Failure to collect the parcel
- Refusal of delivery
- Any other reason outside our control
we are happy to resend your order once the additional postage cost has been paid.
International Deliveries
International delivery times are estimates and may occasionally take longer due to customs processing, local postal services, weather conditions, or public holidays.
If your parcel has not arrived after:
- 20 working days (Europe)
- 25 working days (Rest of the World)
please first check with your local postal or delivery office, as parcels are often held for collection or awaiting redelivery.
